Slogan：To embrace nature, To learn in nature, and feel nature
The MOE (Ministry of Education)in
order to corresponding the 2008 e-Generation plan constructing digital learning
networks to provide both teachers and students digital learning material, and
to cultivate the capabilities of active learning, creative learning and
cooperative learning. The six e-learning website- nature, life, health,
science, arts, and history have been constructed since 2003. The main purpose of
those websites is promoting high quality digital learning content, and achieves
the idea of lifelong learning.
Goals of the natural
ecology e-learning website’s plan
Ø
To promote
the knowledge of our environment and then care our environment.
Ø
To
provide primary and junior high school teachers to learn or use e-learning teaching
materials
for ecological instruction.
Ø
To cultivate
positive learning attitudes of students, include, active learning, creative
learning and cooperative learning.
Ø
To popularize
the idea of「learning by doing」.
Ø
To
develop the multiple intelligences by using internet technology.
Ø
To expand
the internet teaching materials for lifelong learning.
Our team
Natural
ecology e-learning website’s plan had prepared by National
Hsinchu University
of Education, Dr.Hui- Chin Chi, and now the plan has supported by Taipei
Municipal University
of Education, Dr.Ming-Yang Hsu. The website’s structure has been showed in the graph:
